  • Proactively designed the business strategy of a Broadband service, achieving an increase in subscriptions by 100% in four months ($112M in additional revenues in the next three years). AT&T, 2023.

  • Designed the business growth strategy of the Prepaid market, substantially increasing the market share (from 3% to 23%) and revenues (from $20M to $170M per year). Entel Peru, 2014 – 2021.

  • Partnered with OTTs (Facebook, Google, Youtube, Netflix, VAS Providers, etc.) to develop new services, marketing campaigns, channels, etc., leading the innovation in Peru and LATAM. Entel Peru, 2014 – 2021.

  • Led the prioritization and execution of initiatives to improve EBITDA, turning the Prepaid business profitable within six months. Entel Peru, 2018 – 2021.

  • Defined the digital strategy and customer experience, creating and launching new mobile applications, and channels, leading NPS in Peru (+12pp GAP vs. competitors) and LATAM. Entel Peru, 2014 – 2021.

  • Successfully launched integral marketing campaigns (TV, Digital, BTL, and others) with a $38M budget, achieving EFFIE awards every year since Entel started operation. Entel Peru, 2014 – 2021.
