Role: Go-To-Market Lead
Proactively developed the business strategy for a Broadband product, relaunched it with a new marketing playbook, training and sales incentives, resulting in a 100% increase in subscriptions within four months.
PROJECT: Smart Home Ecosystem
Role: Project Manager
Formulated and managed the project plan for the Smart Home Ecosystem, coordinating activities with cross-functional teams and external vendors (Google and others). The project included new products (hardware and software), mobile app, sales flow, billing, customer support, and E2E launch.

Led strategy of prepaid market (70% of Peruvian consumers) and execution of initiatives in all the company. Managed the P&L. Led Strategy, Planning and Product departments reporting to Director and CMO. Led a team of 20+.

Designed and managed the marketing growth strategy of Prepaid Market, achieving a substantial increase market share (from 3% to 23%), revenues (from $20M to $170M per year) and turning the business profitable.

Created a product that customers could buy and activate themselves via a mobile app. The product was displayed and sold in different retail stores and was the only product allowed to be sold during the Pandemic (company stores were closed).

Innovation: New Digital Sales Channel (Mobile App)
Role: Business Owner
Created a mobile app with new fingerprint technology and features that allow a salesperson to sell and activate different services in one transaction and track sales, incentives, and payments. Our success led to competitors trying to clone it within a year.

Responsible for the coordination of Revenue Assurance activities, including identification of revenue leakage, revenue optimization and profitability analysis. Led a team of 5.
PROFITABILITY MODEL
